Compassion Resource Warehouse recently shipped a part container of school supplies for children, teacher’s supplies, blackboards, etc as well as hand tools, carpentry and mechanical tools for skill training; water filters; sewing kits; embroidery kits; first aid supplies etc. to Malawi for the six Child Development Centres (CDC’s) at Chiyimba. The six CDC’s currently have very little of any supplies to work with and Rev. Chipi expressed heartfelt appreciation to NCM Canada for sending this gift to them.

     A team of Canadian Nazarene teens from Canada Atlantic District is travelling to Malawi in August and will carry in Bible story cloths and Christian children’s teaching supplies, sports equipment, and other needed items for the child development centers. The teens are busy raising funds for their travel costs and collecting items to take with them. The plan is for the teens to help with a children’s summer "camp" while there as well as help in construction of the vocational training centre for parents of the CDC children. There are many needs and your ongoing support for this project is much needed.
