Member/Partners of Canadian Foodgrains Bank.
Together we are a "CHRISTIAN RESPONSE TO HUNGER".
Canadian Foodgrains Bank has an agreement with CIDA (the Canadian International Development Agency) which provides for 4:1 CIDA Matching Funds for projects.
This means that $1 when matched by CIDA
becomes $5 worth of food or seed.
This means that for the price of a burger, you can feed a family for a month.

As a member of Canadian Foodgrains Bank, Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Canada has programmed food aid, food security, seed and nutrition projects in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Haiti, and several other creative access countries. Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Canada has also supported project of other CFGB members in North Korea, Sudan, Liberia, Zimbabwe, and many other world areas.

You can Work Together with us to end hunger by:
- Learning more about the root causes of hunger in our world.
- Becoming informed about the Impact of Global Warming on Food production, livelihoods and hunger.
- Travelling to project sites where CFGB is working - Food Study Tours, Youth Study Tours.
- Participating with us in a fast on World Food Day. (or any day)
- Participating in CFGB sponsored "Fall Information Days" or "Justice Workshops".
- Participating in the harvest celebration of a local CFGB growing project.
- Inviting a NCM Canada or CFGB speaker to come to your church, missions, or youth event.
